						 Title: CP5 Guaranteed Maximum Price for Indian Pines ES Recommendation: 
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Agreement and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents to establish the Phase 2 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for Construction in the amount of $3,725,801. with C.R. Klewin Southeast, Inc. for Construction Management at Risk Services for Indian Pines Elementary School Additions, Project No. 1861-8374.   
  
Description: 
The project will consist of Construction Management at Risk Services required for brick remediation and the construction of classrooms additions and increased core facilities including administration, media center, multi-purpose rooms and dining.  The student stations will increase from 534 to 964 students.   
  
Approved Construction Budget: $12,331,797.   
Minority Participation: 17%

Financial Impact: 
The financial impact is $3,725,801. The source of funds is the project budget.  The District will provide the Builder's Risk Insurance for this phase of the project at a total cost of $27,570.
