Description: Seminole Ridge High School (02-NNN) – CM@Risk Project #3861-8292 § Description: On Seminole Ridge High School, the Contractor, James Pirtle Construction, has achieved substantial completion on: o May 6, 2005 for Building #1 o August 11, 2005 for Building #2 o April 1, 2005 for Building #3 o June 3, 2005 for Buildings #4, #8, and #10 o July 11, 2005 for Buildings #5 and #6 o May 16, 2005 for Building #9 o August 18, 2005 for Buildings #11 and #12 The Contractor has requested a Reduction of Retainage from 5% to 1%; the Architect and District staff recommends this reduction.
