Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-146

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-146 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On April 5, 2005, student 04/05-X-146 was in possession of a knife while on the campus of Park Vista High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
