Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for Smile Youth Services, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Smile Youth Services for $3,119.44 effective April 19, 2007 through May 16, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description: CC1 Consultant shall perform the following services: The purpose of the SMILE Writing Program is to implement a research based systematic writing program in second grade.  We have not previously used this program.

Total Authorized Amount if this Request Approved:  $17,234.44
