Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for Mr. Mike Raffone, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Mr. Mike Raffone, Inc. for $500.00,  April 26, 2007  and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description: CC2 Consultant shall perform the following services: Two Fun & Fitness Programs.
