Title: FM1 Internal Accounts Signature Authorization

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the changes to the signatories of school internal bank accounts.

Description:

·         Every school maintains at lease one bank account for their internal accounts.

·         Board Policy 6.07 authorizes all principals and area superintendents to serves as two of the signatories. 

·         As all checks require two signatures, two additional signatories are required.

·         The attached list includes changes to the additional signatories for the listed schools.
