Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board non-renew the Contract between the School Board of Palm Beach County and WHLS of Florida, LLC, and authorize the Superintendent or designee to sign all related contracts and documents.

Description:

The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida and WHLS of Florida, LLC entered into a Contract on July 1, 2006 to operate three (3) alternative education schools.

The Contract between the School Board and WHLS of Florida, LCC, which expires on June 30, 2007, will not be renewed on July 1, 2007.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
