						 Title: AC3-FY 2007 Summer Graduation Agreement with one vendor Recommendation: 
I recommend approval of the graduation agreement with the Palm Beach County Convention Center for the FY2007 high school graduation ceremonies, effective March 16, 2007 in the amount of $252,000 and authorize the Superintendent to sign all related documents and contracts. 
Description: The Palm Beach County Convention Center has been reserved for graduation ceremonies for the Adult Education Center and 23 high schools which include the following: 
° Alexander Dreyfoos School of the Arts ° Atlantic Community High ° Boca Raton Community High ° Boynton Beach Community High ° Forest Hill Community High ° John I. Leonard High ° Jupiter Community High ° Lake Worth Community  High ° Palm Beach Central High ° Palm Beach Gardens High ° Palm Beach Lakes Community High ° Park Vista Community High ° Royal Palm Beach Community High ° Santaluces Community High ° Seminole Ridge Community High ° South Tech Academy ° Spanish River Community High ° Suncoast High ° Survivor North ° Survivor South ° Wellington Community High  ° West Boca Community High ° William T. Dwyer High. 
The graduation cost includes rehearsals, room rental fees and deposits, custodial services,  and security.  Funds are included in the District operating budget for the Department of K-12 Curriculum, Adult and Community Education.  
The agreement is for annual renewal and provide for multi-year use of facilities, pending availability with annual cost, dates and specific needs to be determined.  
The projected cost is $252,000 including rental and applicable parking fees.   
Financial Impact: 
The financial impact is $252,000. The source of  funds is the operating budget from the Department of K-12 Curriculum, Adult and Community Education.
