Title: PL1 - Interlocal Agreement for Covered Walkways at Manatee Elementary School

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County for covered walkways at Manatee Elementary School and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to sign all necessary documents.

Description:

- The County Commissioner for District 3 has agreed to contribute an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) to Manatee Elementary School.

-  The monies are to be used for construction of covered walkways from the parking lot to the school.

-  The County shall provide the funds in the form of reimbursement within 45 days of receipt of request from the Board.

Financial Impact:
$20,000.00 from the School District Capital Contingency Budget with reimbursement from the County.
