Title: CP-10 Amend CM Agreement for Suncoast HS Replacement

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Phase 1 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $1,234,336 to Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. for Suncoast High School Replacement, Project No. 0151-7511 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.

Description:

Construction Management @ Risk Services required for construction of a 1,500 student station high school facility of approximately 277,232 gross square feet in accordance with the educational specifications approved by the Board on August 17, 2005.

Estimated Construction Budget: $67,847,849.
