Title: CC6 Consultant Contract for Linda Davies

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant contract with Linda Davies for $12,800.00 effective May 17, 2007 through June  30, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description: CC6 Consultant shall perform the following services: Observe Learning Team Meetings and provide descriptive feedback to Learning Team Facilitators.  Assist (as appropriate) the intensive AAA schools by modeling facilitation at Learning Team Meetings.  Conduct summer training for Learning Team Facilitators.  Write High School Late Start Learning Team Meeting packets.
