Title: CS7 Cooperative Agreement Between The City of Boynton Beach and South Tech Academy

Recommendation:

I recommend that the School Board approve the Cooperative Agreement Between the City of Boynton Beach and South Tech Academy for Mutual Use of Recreation Facilities.

Description:

The Cooperative Agreement provides for mutual use of recreation facilities between South Tech Academy, the City of Boynton Beach, and the School District of Palm Beach County that will involve a Summer Program for students.

The Agreement provides that in the event that South Tech's Charter is ever revoked or non-renewed, the Agreement is automatically terminated.

A copy of the Cooperative Agreement is attached.

Financial Impact:

There is no financial impact to the District.
