Title: CC 8 Consultant Contract for James P. Brown

Recommendation:
 I recommend award of the Consultant contract with James P. Brown for $70,000 effective July 2, 2007 through June  30, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC 8 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide training, technical support, and data analysis to school and district personnel for student data used in the TERMS Student Database and reported to the Florida DOE.  Also, assist and train FTE staff to become proficient in training these topics. Work as needed with other department personnel who need to track/analyze student data or sent to the DOE.
