Title: CC 9 Consultant Contract for Capital City Consulting, LLC

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant contract with Capital City Consulting, LLC  for $104,600.00 effective July 1, 2007 through June  29, 2009 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description: CC 9 Consultant shall perform the following services:  Represent before the Florida Legislature, Department of Education and State Board of Education, as needed.  Consult and advise staff regarding education policy and funding and political strategy.
