Title: T3 Consider Disposal of Salvage and Surplus Vehicles

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board authorize the disposal of salvage and surplus vehicles.

Description:

- Florida Statute 274.05 allows disposal of salvage and surplus vehicles.

- Vehicles to be sold at public auction online at www.publicsurplus.com.

- Attached list includes salvage and surplus vehicles.

- Property records of disposed items will be retired to the inactive file.

- Board Policy 2.291 has been followed.

Financial Impact:
The proceeds of the sale of the vehicles will result in an increase to the "Capital Contingency."
