- Temporary Water allowance not used $1,280.45
- Un-purchased scope $235,328.55
- Building Department comments allowance not used $62,376.37
- Construction Contingency not used $33,342.49.
- Cause: School District Requested
- Justification: Money returned to School District of Palm Beach County.
