Architectural design services required for development of permitted design documents for the construction of 91,260 gross square feet of new classrooms, support spaces, administration, media center, foodservice/cafetorium and remodeling of an existing 34,935 gross square foot classroom building, civil engineering requirements for street abandonment, utility relocation, storm water assessment and tie in to existing outflow and abandonment of existing on site sewer laterals. Design services will also include necessary improvements to structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and life-safety systems upgrade required for a 4,027 GSF building (#7) established in 1925. Facility design shall be in accordance with the Educational Specifications approved by the Board on March 21, 2007.

Design Fee
Basic Services: $1,385,600. (Inclusive of basic civil, foodservice and landscape/irrigation design and submittal for demolition permitting)
Accepted Alternate Services: $27,500. (Structural, MEP and life-safety- Building #7)
Extraordinary Civil Design: $145,000. (Utility and storm water relocation/improvements)
