•            The Community Use of School Facilities Rate schedule is published yearly through a bulletin. (Exhibit “A”)

•            The Legal Department has determined that the rate schedule should be approved by Board action on a yearly basis.

•            The rate for Commercial and Non-Profit leases are based on the 2005 Facilities Rent Study.

•            A new Facilities Rent Study will be ordered for the 2008/2009 school year.
