Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve the First Amendment to Site Specific Memorandum to Master Lease Agreement with Sprint Spectrum Realty Company to lease additional ground space at Description:
On July 9, 1996 the School Board approved a Site Specific Memorandum to Master Lease Agreement/Gift Agreement/Agreement Respecting Construction and Placement of Telecommunications Facilities for six-hundred (600) square feet of ground space for a Telecommunications tower at Sprint is requesting to amend the Site Specific Memorandum to lease an additional one-hundred and thirty (130) square feet for the installation of a generator. The Amendment provides for a 30 kilowatt permanent generator. The generators will provide emergency back-up power for the communication equipment. Sprint will be responsible for all permitting, approval and installation of the generator at Sprints expense. Sprint will pay in advance an additional $2,400.00 annually through 2011.
