I recommend approval of the contract with Rapid Solutions Group in the amount of $15,550 and I authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all necessary documents.

·        Use of this service will assist the Accounting Department in accumulating data in the correct format to successfully prepare cost reports.

·        The price includes the provision of ASCII Text record layouts for the Cost Report Payroll and Finance files along with an executable copy of the Florida Department of Education Cost Report software that is capable of generating School District’s Cost Report.
