Title: CC4 Consultant Contract for Margaret Mitchell Kallman, LMHC, CAP PA

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Margaret Mitchell Kallman, LMHC, CAP PA for $23,400 effective August 16, 2007 through December 31, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: Consultant will monitor, evaluate, write grant for and review the Safe and Drug-Free School (SDFS) Programs; assist in planning and documentation of School Based Team implementation; review and edit all materials, conduct SDFS Advisory Council, and train and provide consultation on substance abuse prevention as requested.
