Title: FM1 SIGNATORIES FOR SCHOOL INTERNAL BANK ACCOUNT

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the changes to the signatories of school internal bank accounts

Description:

-  Every school maintains at least one bank account for their internal accounts.

-  Board Policy 6.07 authorizes all principals and area superintendents to serve as two of the signatories.

-  As all checks require two signatures, two additional signatories are required.

-  The attached list includes changes to the additional signatories for the listed schools.
