Description: The Superintendent's Efficiency and Effectiveness Awards (SEEA) is a suggestion incentive program with the goal of reducing expenses and improving district and school center operations.  Robert Addicott from Grove Park Elementary is recognized as a SEEA award winner.  Mr. Addicott, an Instructional Technology Support Assistant, (ITSA) recommended utilizing the automated phone system to notify parents of over drafted school lunch accounts and past due charges on library books.
