Title: CP-8 Amend the CM Agreement for Wellington High School Auditorium Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $11,488,722.42 to The Weitz Company, LLC, for Wellington High School Auditorium, Project No: 2191-8272 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.
Description: Construction Management @ Risk Services required for construction of an approximately 21,155 GSF Auditorium in accordance with the Educational Specifications approved by the Board on February 2, 2002.
Estimated Construction Budget: $10,778,502. (Five Year Capital Plan)
