Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the credit amount of ($500.00) from Suffolk Construction for Coral Reef Elementary School, Class Size Reduction Project #2581-8950, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

• COPR #2 in the credit amount of ($500.00).
• Description: Payment for approved COPR #1
• Cause:  School District Requested
• Justification: Final payment

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project’s Budget is a credit of ($500.00).
