I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Agreement and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for Phase I Sitework in the amount of $659,996. with The Weitz Company for Construction Management at Risk Services at William T. Dwyer High School, Classroom Addition Project No. 2201-8278.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $659,996.  The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
