Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Agreement and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for Phase I Underground Sitework in the amount of $1,421,200. with James B. Pirtle Construction Company for Construction Management at Risk Services at John I Leonard High School, Modernization Project No. 1361-8218.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $1,421,200.  The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
