Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the Amendment to the Agreement and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all documents required establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for the Build-out of Building #7 in the amount of $1,961,932.30 with James B. Pirtle Construction Company for Construction Management at Risk Services at Seminole Ridge High School Project No. 3861-7514. 

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $1,961,932.30.  Approval is pending approval of the Classrooms for Kids Project List funding by the Florida Department of Education is pending.
