Title: New Prequalified Vendors and Renewal of Prequalified Vendors

Description: All contractors for school construction projects estimated to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) must be prequalified pursuant to the uniform procedures and criteria set forth in Section 4.1(8) of the State Requirements for Educational Facilities.  The Board shall accept or reject an application for prequalification as recommended by the Superintendent or designee.

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve new and  renewal of existing pre-qualified vendors as listed to participate in price-based bid solicitations for construction projects in which the total budget exceeds $200,000.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to this action.  Actual financial impact will be at the time of bid awards.
