Title: Description: The Consultant shall perform the following services: (6) one hour TV productions for parents addressing current issues affecting children’s lives today. The Public Service announcements will be aired on Adelphia Channel 19 as well as given out to Parent Teacher Organizations. Evaluator: Alison Adler, Chief Safety & Learning Environment Minority Status: None Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with Robert Litt and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Financial Impact: Authorized Amount this Request: $9,600 Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $10,000 Total Authorized Amount if Request approved: $19,600 Fund Source: Special Revenue Fund – National Drug Prevention & School Safety Coordinator Grant
