         Description: On Osceola Creek Middle School, the Contractor, James A. Cummings, achieved Substantial Completion on June 25, 2004, and requested a Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 5%; the Architect and District staff recommends this reduction.

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 5%, for Osceola Creek Middle School, Construction Management at Risk Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

The financial impact to the Project’s Budget is $0.00.
