Title: Description: This Project Modification contains the following item: § Additional Architectural Services: in the amount of $19,060.00. § Description: Plans preparation, permitting, construction services. § Cause: School District Requested. § Justification: Architectural/Engineering work required to implement improvements recommended as a result of the Traffic Engineering Study. § Construction costs are estimated to be approximately $289, 240.00 and will be included in the GMP. Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $19,060.00 for Boca Raton Middle School, Modernization Project, and adjust appropriate contracts, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
