Description: The National School Boards Association (NSBA) has extended a special offer to join the Council of Urban Boards of Education (CUBE) for 2005.  The special enrollment fee of $5,000 expires December 15, 2004.  The Board should come to a consensus on whether to join CUBE at this time.
