I recommend the Board expel Student 04/05-X-018 from the regular public school program of the Palm Beach County School District for one (1) calendar year.  Student 04/05-X-018 committed battery on a School Board Employee.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
