Title: (LL) - Award of an Interior Painting Bid to Fleicher's Painting

Description: Interior Painting of ten (10) schools: K.E. Cunningham/Canal Point Elementary, Pahokee Elementary, Rosenwald Elementary, Lake Worth Middle, Highland Elementary, Allamanda Elementary, Grove Park Elementary, Palm Beach Lakes High, Roosevelt Middle, Pine Grove and the Fulton Holland Educational Service Center to include paint, preparation, sealing and painting.

Recommendation:

Approve award of four (4) contracts for Interior Painting in the amount of $604,700.  for Item#1 Admin. Bldg., Item#2 West Area, Item#3 Central Area, and Item#5 South Area to Fleischer's Painting, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.

Note: did not receive any bids for Item#4

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $604,700. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects.
