Title: Description: The Consultant shall perform the following services: Deliver one on-site meeting per month, generate ideas to support struggling students, provide guidance in creating new lessons using strategies from Smile program, discuss lessons/strategies presented in manual; asses and analyze student work. Evaluator: Katherine Vaughn-Harden, Principal Westward Elementary Minority Status: White Female Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with Smile Youth Services Inc and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.
