Title: (J) - Foster Grandparent Program

Description: Renewal of the Service Agreement between the School District of Palm Beach County and the Area Agency on Aging for a Foster Grandparent Program.

Recommendation:
School Board approve the renewal of the service agreement between the School District of Palm Beach County and the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. for the Foster Grandparent Program in an amount not to exceed $20,000, for the period beginning January 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005.

Financial Impact:
To the General Fund is a maximum of $20,000.   The source of funds is The Office of Community Involvement department budget.
