Title: Description: Boca Raton HS Modernization Project No. 0961-8165 This project modification contains the following item: § CCD # 2 in the credit amount of ($1,191,249.00). § Description: Recognized savings from budget adjustments. § Cause: School District Requested § Description: The Project Architect, Schenkel Shultz, has certified that Boca Raton Community High School, under contract with Centex Rooney, achieved Final Completion on November 29, 2004. The General Contractor has requested, and the Architect and Staff have recommended, Final Payment and Final Acceptance. All punch list items have been completed. Recommendation: I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the credit amount of ($1,191,249.00), approve Reduction of Retainage from 1% to 0%, approve Final Payment and ratify Final Acceptance for Boca Raton Community High School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
