My exercise routine has gone to the Dogs!! My wellness buddy is 'Budino' our new Chow- Shepard! Budino makes sure our daily walks are high spirited and brisk, and keeps our walking program on track. I make sure that we are both well hydrated and keep our route on safe walkways. Together, we found a healthy way to have fun!
