A SPECIAL THANK YOU
Thank you to our friends and partners of the District’s Wellness Promotion Task Force that
graciously gave us generous donations for our ‘Prize Giveaway Questions & Answers’
session of this WPTF virtual meeting:
CareATC is our newest partner, who manages our first ever Onsite District Clinic (also known as
DOC) on the grounds of the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center. We are grateful that
they are able to service our employees, and help us to integrate our programs into the clinic.
Fifth Third Bank has been tremendous in helping our employees focus on their financial health.
By providing onsite and virtual workshops, attending health fairs and events, offering free online
resources, and always being available to assist our employees, Fifth Third Bank has continued to
engage our employees and assist them where needed.
Humana offers dental coverage to our employees, as well as provides resources, assistance,
and dental health information. They are a great partner to work with, and are continuing to
expand their reach and involvement in our District. Humana offers onsite support for dental
claims and coverage information, partners with wellness on events and workshops, and most
recently has partnered with the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County to provide
school supplies and health and wellness items for our schools. We are grateful for the
growing partnership.
UnitedHealthcare has been a strong and dedicated partner of the District for many years;
managing the employee medical plan. They offer an array of programs and services to help our
employees manage and prevent diseases and conditions. These programs have helped the
District avoid millions of dollars in anticipated claims as well as premium increases. We are
very grateful to have such a supportive and proactive medical carrier for our District employees.
Nancy Reese, Manager from the Department of Behavioral and Mental Health – thank you so
much for your personal gift to a lucky attendee.
