The Math, Science, and Technology Program uses innovative strategies to motivate the

Pine Jog Elementary School has partnered with Florida Atlantic University and Pine Choice
Jog Environmental Education Center to create the first Leadership in Energy and · Pine Jog Elementary
Environmental Design (LEED) Certified Green Elementary School in Florida. The focus In–House: None available
is on environmental science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Students have
the opportunity to engage in hands–on learning experiences as they explore and
discover the wonders of native vegetation and wildlife on the 150 acres of natural
Florida habitat. This hands–on, investigative approach requires the student to become
an active participant in the learning process. Nature studies offer many opportunities
to involve art throughout this unique integrated curriculum.
