Closing Questions:
When concluding an interview, it is important to provide the candidate with a chance to share
additional job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities that he/she may have that were not covered
during the interview, and give them the opportunity to ask any additional information regarding
the school or the expected responsibilities of the position. As a sample, two concluding questions
are provided below.

Now that we have completed the interview, is there any additional information you would
like to share with us regarding your qualifications for this positions?
2) Candidate Questions
Do you have any questions for us? As a good practice when closing out an interview, make
sure to thank the candidate for their interest in the position and the school, shake their hand,
and give them an estimated timeline for results. This practice helps to reduce the stress of
the post-interview waiting period and it leaves the candidate with a positive impression of
your school and the interview process.
