                                    Healthy School Teams For FY25, the Healthy School Teams (HST) continued to champion the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) culture, reinforcing the Wellness Promotion Policy (2.035) and fostering a cohesive approach to learning and health for staff and administrators across all school levels.The following was accomplished during the 2024%u20132025 school year:%u25cf Communicated timely updates regarding HST requirements and available resources to all schools through a HST District Bulletin #PD 26-086 COO, and other appropriate communication channels.%u25cf Delivered targeted HST presentations to key groups, including: %u2022 Charter School Principals%u2022 School Food Service Interns Classes (Fall & Spring)%u25cf Maintained accurate records of HST Leads and team members across the District:%u2022 For District schools, exported contacts from the Points of Contact (POC) App.%u2022 For Charter schools, updated the digital form to document the primary HST contact at each site.%u25cf Conducted follow-up emails and/or meetings with HST Leads and other related staff, as needed, to address and resolve corrective actions related to food fundraisers held during the school day.%u25cf Maintained and promoted access to the HST District HUB and the HST SFS website, which housed:%u2022 Food Fundraising Guidelines (HST Tri-fold)%u2022 Smart Snacks tools and compliance support%u2022 Healthy School Teams Powerpoint Presentation%u2022 Other school-specific HST tools and resourcesHealthy School Teams (HST) 25
