Title: CP4 Preconstruction for Village Academy Additions

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services and Preconstruction Phase Fee in the amount of $73,220. to Suffolk Construction Company and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents for Pre-Construction fees for Village Academy Additions, Project No. 2811-8271.

Description:

      This project will consist of Construction Management at Risk Services required for construction of additional classrooms, core facilities and infrastructure for the addition of a 43,636 GSF middle school with 413 proposed student stations and 36,910 GSF high school classrooms and core facilities with 345 proposed student stations.

        Total: $73,220.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $73,220. The source of funds is the project budget.
