I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Agreement and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents establishing the Phase I Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for Construction in the amount of $5,568,818. with C.R. Klewin Southeast, Inc. for Construction Management at Risk Services for Indian Pines Elementary School Additions, Project No. 1861-8374.
Description: The project will consist of Construction Management at Risk Services required for the construction of classrooms additions and increased core facilities including administration, media center, multi-purpose rooms and dining. The student stations will increase from 534 to 964 students.
Approved Construction Budget: $8,655,149.
Minority Participation: Phase I-8%, Phase II-32%; Total Participation for the Project-18.1%, approved by Office of Diversity.
