Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve an Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services and Preconstruction Phase Fees in the amount of $225,555. to James B. Pirtle Construction, Inc. for Palm Beach Gardens High School, Project No. 1371-7506 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents. Description: This project will consist of Construction Management at Risk services required for phased construction to replace the existing school with a 2,560 student station facility. Construction include replacement of all existing structures including the stadium facility, athletic and practice fields. Approved Construction Budget: $62,912,964 Minority Participation: 15% No. of Stories: 3 Gross Square Feet: 402,540 Seven (7) firms responded to the RFP of which three (3) were shortlisted. The final ranking of the Selection Committee is as follows: (1) James B. Pirtle Construction, Inc. (2) Centex Construction, Inc.
