Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Phase 1 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $592,941. to Hedrick Bros. Construction Company, Inc. for Banyan Creek Elementary School Classroom Addition, Project No. 1891-8307 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents. Description: Construction Management @ Risk Services required for Phase 1 construction of a 41,699 gross square foot, 500 student station classroom addition at Banyan Creek Elementary School in accordance with permitted design documents and the Educational Specifications approved by the Board on July 19, 2006. Estimated Construction Budget: $10,526,965.
