Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve an Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services and Preconstruction Phase Services Fee in the amount of $47,460. to Pavarini Construction Co., Inc., and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents for Pre-Construction fees for Whispering Pines Elementary School Classroom Addition, Project No: 1781-8307. Description: Construction Management @ Risk Services required for Preconstruction Phase Services including design review and recommendation to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction of a 12,148 GSF, 58 new student station classroom addition with an alternate addition Services for the remodeling/new construction of 12,860 GSF to expand the existing dining/multipurpose and foodservice facilities. Construction will be in accordance with the Educational Specifications approved by the Board on February 21, 2007. Estimated Budget for Construction: $6,327,902. (Five Year Capital Plan) Construction Type: To be determined during Preconstruction Phase No. of Stories: To be determined during Preconstruction Phase.
