Ø The Memoranda provide for the continuation of the four (4) Medical Plans available to employees for calendar year 2005.
 
Ø The Memoranda provide for the continuation of the 2004 School Board payments toward the premiums of theses Medical Plans throughout calendar year 2005.

Recommendation:

I recommend that the Board approve the Memoranda of Understanding with CTA, NCF&O, AESOP and PBA, to extend the premium payment agreement through calendar year 2005.
