Title: (BB) - First Amendment – Interlocal Agreement – Village of Palm Springs Description:

On April 21, 2004, the School Board approved the Interlocal Agreement between The Village of Palm Springs and the School Board of Palm Beach County for the Mutual Use of Recreational Facilities (Agenda Item 12D-5, approved April 21, 2004).

This amendment will add John I. Leonard High School to the list of public schools eligible to request use of Village Facilities pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement.

All other terms, conditions and provisions of the Interlocal Agreement remain the same.
Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between The Village of Palm Springs and the School Board of Palm Beach County for the Mutual Use of Recreational Facilities; and authorizing the Chairman and Superintendent to sign all necessary documents.
